制造培训生（材料工程方向）
What will you do?
• Participate 1ST line problem analysis of suspected material deviations to determine problem ownership
• 参与一线对可疑材料偏差的问题分析，以确定问题归属；
• Responsible to issue all rejection reports based on material technical deviations towards suppliers
• 负责向供应商发出基于材料技术偏差的拒绝报告；
• Initiate sorting and repair activities for material by supplier or accepted 3rd party company
• 由供应商或认可的第三方公司启动材料分类和维修活动；
• Scrap judgements and supplier claim
• 报废判决和供应商索赔；
• Startup 8D process towards supplier and responsibility for D0
• 针对供应商的启动 8D 流程和 D0 责任；
• Follow up suppliers towards root cause analysis and solution implementation according to the 8D process
• 根据8D流程跟踪供应商进行根本原因分析和解决方案实施；
• Follow-up the supplier quality performance level, escalate to procurement team if needed
• 跟踪供应商质量绩效水平，如有需要，上报给采购团队。
Why do you fit the profile?
• Bachelor’s degree or above. Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Materials Forming and other related major preferred.
• 本科及以上学历; 汽车电子，电子电气工程，电子信息工程技术等专业优先；
• CET-4 or equivalent level, Good in English, listen spoken/written
• 英语四级或同等水平，良好的英语表达及书面能力；
• Good interpersonal skills. Self-motivator and flexible.
• 良好的人际交往能力，自我激励和灵活应变。
• Good networking skills, a holistic view, and a strong drive for result.
• 良好的人际关系技巧、全面视野和强烈的追求结果的驱动力；
• High communication and negotiation skills.
• 出色的沟通和谈判能力；
• High analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 出色的分析及解决问题的能力；
• Able to work efficiently under high pressure.
• 适应在高压环境下工作。
