学习和工作简历  

冯国英,女,1969年5月生。本科毕业于浙江大学,硕、博士毕业于四川大学。四川大学二级教授,中国电子学会会士。现担任四川大学电子信息学院院长、激光微纳工程研究所所长。现为中国光学学会理事、中国电子学会理事、量子电子学与光电子学分会副主任委员、《激光与红外》副主编、《中国激光》常务编委。承担并完成国家自然科学基金重大项目、973课题、高技术863项目等,纵向科研经费达5000余万元,已筹建了开展基础研究的新型激光技术实验室。创建了激光微纳工程研究所并担任所长,经过多年的科研锻炼,已形成一支扎根西部的激光研究团队。发表SCI论文100余篇,国防工业出版社专著3本,科学出版社教材1本,电子工业出版社译著1本。获授权中国专利10余件,美国专利1件。完成国家标准1件。获十余项科技奖励,其中包括2016年度四川省科技进步一等奖(排1)、2012年度中国电子学会科技进步二等奖(排1)、2013年度中国光学重要成果等(排1)。

科研项目与获奖  

承担并完成国家自然科学基金重大项目、973课题、高技术863项目等,纵向科研经费达5000余万元,已筹建了开展基础研究的新型激光技术实验室。创建了激光微纳工程研究所并担任所长,经过多年的科研锻炼,已形成一支扎根西部的激光研究团队。该研究团队与美国、德国、韩国、香港、台湾等10多个国家和地区的研究团队建立了广泛的合作与交流。目前在研国家自然科学基金2项,基础研究项目2项。

人才培养  

长期承担从本科生到研究生的教学和培养青年教师的任务。主讲《波动光学》、《数码摄影技术》、《信息科学技术概论》、《固体激光工程》、《强激光辐照效应》、《中国文化·英文论文写作》(含学术道德和学术规范)等课程。已培养硕博士研究生100余名。通过基础夯人、科研立人、文化育人、体育强人培养心智健全、体魄强健的基础扎实的高科技人才。学生获得各级各类奖项30余项。多人获得教育部博士研究生学术新人奖、四川省优秀博士学位论文奖、国家奖学金等。多名研究生出国留学和参加国际学术会议。指导的博士生张秋慧、吴加贵分别赴美国休斯敦大学和哥伦比亚大学参与联合研究,已分别在Nature Nanotechnology(影响因子38.986)和NatureCommunications(影响因子12.124)上发表高水平学术论文。

在教学实践中形成了自己的教学理念和方法。其教学理念为“教书育人、科研育人、友爱互助、鼓励创新。”培养目标:着力培养信念执著、品德优良、知识丰富、本领过硬的高素质专门人才和拔尖创新人才。培养方法:坚持以国家发展需要和社会需求为导向,注重在教学科研实践中发现、培养、造就人才。培养模式:实行“人才+项目”的培养模式,在实践中培养创新人才。
服务国家战略性重大项目对工程领袖型人才的需求,在人才培养中实施了一系列开创性的探索工作。结合“工程领袖人才培养计划”,将重大项目、重大工程的总设计师、总工程师作为高端人才培养目标,从教学理念、重大项目驱动、高层次导师团队多个方面开展模式和方法的探索,取得了初步成效。立足国家重大需求,打破传统人才培养的传统路径与模式制约,深化建设培养“工程领袖人才”的体制与机制。为中物院、中电集团、中科院等单位输送优秀人才。70%毕业生留在西部参加西部建设。

学术成果  

(1)掺杂纳米晶激光。探索新波长新型激光器,基于掺杂纳米晶结构对激活离子的能级进行调控,这将是拓展现有激光介质输出激光波长范围的一种有效途径,具有重要的科学研究意义。首次研制了Cr2+:ZnSe 掺杂纳米晶激光器,实现了2194nm 激光输出,光谱蓝移量超过150 nm;发表论文Nanocrystalline Cr2+-doped ZnSe Nanowires Laser. (Nano Lett.,影响因子为12.940)。四川省科技厅组织专家成果鉴定为国际领先水平。该项成果入选了《中国激光》评选的2013 年度“中国光学重要成果”,被Progress in Materials Science (影响因子为31.14)等著名学术刊物正面引用,引起了国内外同行的广泛关注。

(2)高光束质量全固态激光。在国家自然科学基金重大项目、国家高技术计划项目等的支持下,多家单位历经十余年产学研合作,在大模体积激光谐振腔、大面阵LD 整形与匀化技术、高功率负载光学元件的表面/亚表面杂质粒子诱导激光损伤机理研究、像差预补偿技术及闭环控制等方面取得突破,获得了2016年度四川省科技进步一等奖。

(3)高功率激光光束质量表征。针对目前国际上对高能激光光束质量评价没有统一评价标准的现状,制定了表征高功率激光光束质量的M 矩阵国家标准(GJ/T 32831-2016)。提出了M 矩阵概念和表征方法,建立了相应的测试装置,为高功率激光光束的表征与控制提供了新思路。M 矩阵表征新方法不仅涵盖了现有的M2 定义的激光光束质量参数,还可有效表征高功率激光束的像散和扭曲等特性,通过该方法可以检测光束畸变并实施有效校正手段,为高功率激光光束质量的提高(这对全固态激光器亮度的提高至关重要)起到了重要的指导作用。研制成功激光M 矩阵测试仪,解决了高能激光光束质量评价及控制的难题。发明了M-Z/PDI 和CCP/PDI 的复振幅快速重建方法,解决了激光光束质量快速测量的问题,获授权美国发明专利和授权中国发明专利。

(4)微纳器件及传感。基于激光微纳加工等独特手段,构建了微纳传感器,实现了温度、折射率等的高精度测量。
