A few days ago, the team of "Sensing, Control and Intelligent Robot Innovation Laboratory" led by Professor Dian Songyi of our college (PMCIRI team of Sichuan University), together with China Railway Tunnel Survey and Design Institute and Guangdong Key Laboratory of Intelligent Monitoring and Maintenance of Tunnel Structure, successfully completed the industrial test of "Intelligent all-prefabricated assembling technology and equipment of tunnel internal structure" in the JCXSG-11 bid of Shanghai metro city line airport tie line project. The successful application of this intelligent construction technology has realized the synchronous construction of tunnel internal structure and tunnel excavation, filled the technical gap in the field of fully prefabricated intelligent assembly of tunnel internal structure in China, and marked a major breakthrough in the field of intelligent construction of tunnels in China. Through on-site inspection, the arc-shaped piece and the middle partition wall are assembled with high precision, and the error is  within 2mm.The assembly precision and quality are at the leading level in China.
