Co-held by China Energy Association and A.T.Unicorn UK, the Asia Power T&D Summit 2011 was opened on March 16 at The Peninsula Palace Beijing. Prof.Liu Junyong, the Dean of SEEI lectured on Four in One Dispatch Information System Theory and its Practice for Smart Grid on behalf of Sichuan University and Intelligent Electric Power Grid Key Laboratory of Sichuan Province.

The Summit is a good platform for officials, experts, executives home and abroad to discuss opportunities and challenges in power transmission and distribution in Asia, and seek for common development of Smart Grid. Experts expressed their unique ideas on UHV, Intelligent Substation, Automatic Dispatching and Information Technologies, which largely enriched information and solutions for China’s endeavor for developing of Smart Grid.
