Miss Zhou Naweiluo, the student studying at the University of Nottingham via SCU-UoN program in 2010 was admitted as PhD student and offered fully fund by the University of Exeter in UK. She was accepted by the University Manchester and the University Glasgow as well.
Zhou was one of the first four students participated in “3+1” program offered by Sichuan University and the University of Nottingham. According to feedback from Nottingham, all the students worked very hard there and have very good performance.
Supported by Sichuan University, the International Affairs Office, and the Dean’s Office, SEEI started 3+1 program with the University of Nottingham in 2010. students enrolled in our school and meet the requirements (minimum GPA 2.3, minimum IELTS 6.0 ) can applied for the program. After three years’ study at Sichuan University, students can be admitted by taught postgraduate programs of the University of Nottingham. Since last Fall, when the agreement was signed, a lot of students submitted application. Four students enrolled in Nottingham successfully and there year we have 19 students applied for the program.
