Bin Li received the Bachelor’s degree in automation and the Master’s degree in control science and engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2005 and 2008, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in mathematics and statistics from Curtin University, Perth, WA, Australia, in 2011. From 2012 to 2014, he was a Re- search Associate with the School of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering, the University of Western Australia, Perth, WA, Australia. From 2014 to 2017, he was a Research Fellow with the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Curtin University. He is currently a Research Professor with the School of Electrical Engineering and Information, Sichuan University, Chengdu, China. His research interests include signal processing, wireless communications, optimization, and optimal control.
