Gender: male; Nationality: Han, born in November, 1969, Doctor of Science, professor of College of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Sichuan University;
Dr. Huang was graduated from Department of Precision Instrument of Tsinghua University in 1992, and obtained the bachelor’s degree. In 1995, Dr. Huang finished his graduate study of Science of Mechanology in Tsinghua University, and obtained the Master’s degree of Engineering. In 2005, Dr. Huang obtained the Doctor’s degree of Applied Mathematics in Sichuan University. Dr. Huang is a member of the Intelligent Traffic Expert Group of the Ministry of Public Security of the P.R.C. and Technical Advisor of Public Security Department of Sichuan Province. Research field of his graduate study is application of image processing in intelligent traffic; Dr. Huang’s research field of his doctoral study is pattern recognition and image processing. Dr. Huang has published over 20 papers in the core Chinese journals. Dr. Huang is mainly engaged in the teaching of courses related to image processing and intelligent traffic as well as the theoretical and application research of image processing and pattern recognition.
