Wei Zhenbo (1978—), Associate Professor, Master's Supervisor, Member of Communist Party of China, was graduated in electrical engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University. He got Master Degree of Engineering in systems engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2007, and Doctor Degree of Engineering in power system and automation from Sichuan University in 2010. He undertook postdoctoral study in ECS School, University of Southampton in UK in 2013-2014, and served as a visiting scholar in Clausthal University of Technology in Germany in 2016. He specializes in energy internet technology and application, complexity science theory and its application, electricity market, analysis and control for stability and security of power system and other fields. He has published more than 70 related academic papers, including over 40 included in SCI, EI and core journals and 14 highly cited papers. He has undertaken and participated in more than 30 national (National 863 Program and National Natural Science Foundation of China), ministerial and provincial-level scientific research tasks and enterprise projects, with the scientific research funds of over RMB 9 million. Additionally, he serves as a reviewer in top academic journals of power system in China, including Proceedings of the CSEE and Automation of Electric Power Systems.
